It’s official: BBOX is now a Tech Provider for the WhatsApp Business Platform. We’re proud to share this milestone following the integration, review and approval process.
This status enables us to onboard businesses and provide messaging services through the official WhatsApp API, helping customers connect WhatsApp to their existing systems and workflows.
What this means for our customers
Businesses working with BBOX can connect their WhatsApp Business accounts through Meta’s Embedded Signup flow and authorise our team to manage messages and templates on their behalf.
For a customer getting started, this brings account onboarding, messaging setup and integration support into one working relationship with BBOX.
